GUEST NOTICE 10 ESSENTIAL HOTEL RULES AURORA DREAM IS A HOTEL FOR QUIET REST. A room booking does not permit parties or the use of other facilities within the complex. 01 ACCOMMODATION, NOT AN EVENT A room booking is for overnight accommodation and quiet rest only. No other activity is allowed without the administration’s prior written permission. 06 FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT Guests may use only their booked room and the items intended for that stay. The hall, kitchen, sauna, sports and outdoor areas and their equipment require advance booking or permission. 02 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in is from 16:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Late check-out is possible only when agreed with the administration in advance. 07 PROTECT PROPERTY Use all items only for their intended purpose. Do not move furniture or take bed linen or towels outdoors. The guest is liable for any loss or damage. 03 REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY Only registered guests may enter the hotel grounds and rooms. Visitors or additional persons require the administration’s permission and must be registered. 08 SAFETY AND PROHIBITIONS Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Drugs, weapons, fireworks, flammable or other dangerous materials are prohibited. Children must be supervised at all times. 04 NO PARTIES Parties, celebrations, gatherings and sound systems are prohibited in rooms and shared areas unless separately booked and expressly approved. 09 ORDER AND DEPARTURE Leave the room tidy, switch off appliances, close the windows and return the key. Report any fault or damage to the administration immediately. 05 PEACE AND QUIET Noise is not permitted at any time. Strict quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 08:00: no loud music, singing, shouting or other disturbance. 10 CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH If these rules are breached, the administration may terminate the stay and require immediate departure. Police will be called if the request is refused or a threat arises. PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The guest must compensate all damage and pay for all services provided.
