For groups larger than 12 people, a damage deposit of € 1,500 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
