The Beach Rose Inn

The Beach Rose Inn is a charming and centrally located property, just 1.2 miles from Wells Beach, with proximity to a summer trolley stop. We offer 15 suites, including one that is wheelchair accessible with a roll-in shower. Additionally, there is one studio apartment with a full kitchen. All of our accommodations have direct or convenient access to a balcony, flat screen HDTV with free cable, free WiFi, an A/C unit, and in-room refrigerator. We also have 2 condo apartments, located off property, just 100 yards from Wells Beach. These condos have a full kitchen, one parking spot, and one bedroom, with a queen sized bed, a pullout sofa, and they sleep up to 4 people. All rooms are non-smoking and pet free, and there is free parking for all guests. Housekeeping is provided, and we serve complimentary coffee and tea each morning at the Inn. The Beach Rose Inn operates seasonally from April 1 through mid-December.
