Outer Banks Beach Clubs I & II are timeshare condominium Resorts with one, two and three bedroom accommodations, with all condo units serviced by elevators. Both Resorts have condos with ocean front, ocean side and pool side view locations, with a few condo units located across the street from the ocean. Both Resorts are very centrally located on the beach at Mile Post 9, with an abundance of restaurants, shopping stores/malls and historical attractions nearby. Resort amenities include: on-site parking, free wifi throughout; daily activities for children & adults; two outdoor & one indoor pools, each with hot tub; tennis court; shuffleboard court; playground; direct boardwalk access to the beach with gazebo & observation deck; golf privileges nearby for $20 per person golf cart fee; full local YMCA privileges that include a fitness center, 25 meter indoor pool, sauna, racket-ball courts and gymnasium, with childcare services available while working out.
