Welcome to our family-shared vision that is HomeSpring Inn & Studios, a 47-room extended stay-focused hotel. We have re-imagined the guest experience and responded to the market by offering several room configurations. For extended stay guests, we introduce King and 2-bed Studio suites, in addition to standard rooms of different sizes for shorter stays. Our smartly-designed studios are furnished with fully-equipped dine-in kitchens, private balconies, wireless phone-charging clocks and more. Our sprawling 6 1/2-acre property also boasts several full-service restaurants and a pet grooming/boarding facility. Conveniently located just off the ramp of Exit 24 on I-91. Our Story: In 1978 our father founded the first of several J. Copperfield Ltd. restaurants in the Hartford, CT area. He immediately brought in my uncle to help manage operations well into the 1990s. During this time our family added a Howard Johnson hotel to the portfolio, and then some residential properties in San Diego 15 years later. We both have worked in the family businesses in various capacities throughout this timeline, and have gained a unique appreciation and respect for the hospitality industry. In regards to the hotel, we have re-branded more than once, most recently as a Super 8. During these most recent years, we both experienced the frustrations, limitations, and expensive requirements typically associated with today's lodging brands. After careful consideration we decided to control our own destiny, and once again venture into the independent world as HomeSpring Inn & Studios!
