Hotel Paola

We are a hotel sighting the wondeful emerald nuanced Carloforte sea, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden dotted with flowers, castus, olive and pine trees and caper bushes. The rooms are wide, with private bathrooms and each of them opens directly on the garden, guaranteeing freedom and privacy to the guests. Animals are welcomed anytime. The Vitiello family has been running the hotel for generations and welcomes the guests with a friendly and personal touch. Vittoria in the kitchen prepares savory fish and meat dishes of the local tradition. In the dining room she is the one introducing the guests to the details of the recipes, while Pier supervises the wine supply including red and white wines especially from Sardinia wineries. Paola instead is available to satisfy guests' needs,questions and reservations. The hotel is open from Easter to Halloween. Air conditioning and heating system are in each room.
