LA Foresteria - Bistrot Moderno was born in the old refectory where the Friars gathered to enjoy meals together . The guest was usually present environment in monasteries to accept and accommodate pilgrims , travelers and wanderers . The friars of Sellano , to cope with several guests , gave birth to a guesthouse where required a straight line, the so-called dozzena , to those who stayed in the convent .
