The apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached by a stone staircase from the outside. The house has a comfortable sitting room a passage to a second living area with fireplace and, functional kitchen/dining room with beautiful stone arch This is very well equipped with a stove with 4 gas burners and an electric hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer and all necessary utensils. Wooden stairs lead up to the next floor where there are, at your disposal, a double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bath, a bidet, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine (first floor), and the other with a bath, a separate shower, a washbasin, a bidet and a toilet. If required in the living room two additional beds can be provided for children under 12 years at an additional cost. Before the house there is a lovely furnished "aia", with a pergola, tables and bbq, ideal for dinner and useful for sunbathing. Il Loggiato:Il Loggiato is suitable for 4 persons. Again, the rooms have been restored in a modern rustic style, taking into account the traditional construction methods. The old wooden ceiling have been restored. Across the front of the house there is a wide terrace ideal for sunbathing, the apartment has the exlusive use of the "Loggiato" (covered porch) From here you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Garden or the mountains, and the meals can be enjoyed in the cool shade ..
