In the heart of the country of the writer Colette, it is surrounded by green countryside, ponds and charming villages, the castles of Guedelon, Saint-Fargeau, Ratilly, Vezelay and the vineyards of Chablis & Irancy... This heritage estate is steeped in history : around 1750 the owner of the property Monsieur Croiset opened a quarry on the site to extract the yellow ocher, used as pigments for oil painting. In the 60's the house was purchased by a French pop star.
