Apartamentos Maier

Maier Apartments have been built in 2016 in the city centre of Cadiz, in the lively area of La Viña, a five minutes' walk from La Caleta Beach. All apartments are arranged with an independent room for two people, a living room/dining room with flat screen TV and a sofa bed (queen size), equipped kitchen with fridge and microwave, and a bathroom. Free WIFI, air conditioning, safety deposit box, iron, hairdryer and self-service laundry are available. The buildings have been designed with high quality new materials alongside seen walls from the 18th Century. The high performance finishes confer a high degree of soundproofing and the highest energy efficiency ratio (A class).
