Hotel The Directors of the Santa Casa de Sobral, always concerned about the poverty that flock to the Hospital, built in 1984 on land purchased from its own resources, a residential complex with four blocks totaling 30 flats, whose revenues from rents would used to help pay the costs of that hospital. Fully renovated, the Conjunto Residencial Visconde de Savoie gave way to sophisticated HOTEL VISCONDE, which was formally inaugurated on November 24, 1989. The Viscount Hotel was built in order to complete payment of the expenses incurred with the hospital care provided to financially destitute patients in the northern part of the state. This was welcomed as an alternative means to maintain income poverty that flock to the Hospital, since the amounts paid by the National Health System for healthcare services provided to their users are insufficient to cover the soaring costs arising from gratuity. Today, twenty-one years of operation, the Viscount Hotel is already recognized as the best Hotel City, recognizing this, the result of large investments made in upgrading the hotel, since physical area as the items used in the apartments.
