No aggressive, noisy or unvaccinated dogs will be accepted on the property. Only one pet will be accepted during your stay. The property is not fenced / It is forbidden to leave the pet alone in the villa. Exit inventory of fixtures An initial inventory of fixtures will be carried out on the day of departure with both parties. Given the services provided and the size of the Villa, a second inventory of fixtures will be systematically carried out during the cleaning service (short or long stays). This may or may not give rise to the return of the security deposit, as stipulated. Two cleaners will be responsible for cleaning the Villa for 5 hours. Any hour of cleaning in excess of the usual schedule stipulated above will be charged to the Tenant at the rate of 35€/ additional hour. It is strictly forbidden to leave minor children in the villa without adult supervision.
