Trysil - Knut hotell

Trysil-Knut Hotell is located at the roadside of RV26 where you turn off to Trysil. The distance to the centre of Trysil is only 300 meters and the distance to the slopes in Trysilfjellet is 2km. To get to the centre of Trysil you may use the footbridge across the river Trysilelva, a part of the largest water system in Scandinavia which starts with Femunden and ends up in the North Sea at Gothenburgh, Sweden (750 km). Inside the hotel is "Trysil Skimuseum" which shows the ski history of Trysil starting with the cradle of cross country skiing and ending with Trysilfjellet, the largest alpine skiing area in Norway.
