Kambaku River Sands

It is well situated in the heart of the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, which makes up the western boarder of the Kruger National Park, only 35 kms from Hoedspruit . Without fences inhibiting the free movement of game between the reserves, Timbavati becomes part of a vast unspoilt natural wilderness area that lies within the Greater Kruger National Park. Suites are luxurious, and widely spaced, offering privacy to the guests.. Guests often afforded a safari experience with a difference from either their own private decks or the main lodge area, with almost daily up close and personal experiences with elephant, buffalo and bushbuck to name but a few. The main lodge has a spacious lounge with two enormous open fireplaces for the cool winter nights.
