STF Långasjö Vandrarhem

The hostel is housed in old church stables, a 60 m long red-stained building in beautiful countryside at the centre of the small village of Langasjo. The hotel is open all year round. A breakfast buffet is available May to August. We have a cafe open during summer. There are bicycles for hire. Playground near the hostel. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in a beautiful natural environment. If it is warm, you can take a refreshing dip in Lake Langasjon, which is only 100 m away. There are also fine walking trails around the lake, wild fishing and rich birdlife. Enjoy a relaxing trip into the deep forests of Smaland. There are walking trails and cycle paths surrounding Vilhelm Moberg's Emigrant District. 1.5 Km to Klasatorpet where the film Emigrants was recorded. The hostel houses an emigrant's museum. We are at the heart of the Kingdom of Crystal, several glassworks can be found between 15-45 km away. Golf course 10km.
