Since 2004, our guest house has provided alternative means to hotel accommodation by providing spacious and comfortable bedrooms for lease, minus the expense and unnecessary charges of typical hotels. Rozen Suites Purok Malakas branch has been a regular place for outdoor Christmas parties, family gatherings, newly-wed couples and their visiting relatives who are looking to stay at a cozy atmosphere. We are walking distance to an air-conditioned groceries area (SM Savemore), and right across an Iglesia Ni Cristo temple and New Era University. We also have a resident self-service laundromat - the first in Gensan. This is the first branch of the Rozen Suites chain of pension / guest houses, the second of which is at Rozen Suites Paradise - a guest house, residential, office and commercial building in Brgy. City Heights. With daily, weekly, and monthly options, our out-of-town guests happily choose to stay with us. Pets are welcome, provided the owners clean up after them and the pets do not disturb other guests. Do mind the Tambis tree --- her tiny fruits might fall on your head!
