Location: Our Hotel Arka is a new hotel which is located in a peaceful area in the center of Budva, just some walking minutes to the Old Town and beaches. Nearby are a huge shopping center "TQ PLAZA“ , the bus station, several restaurants and more. The airports are: Tivat - 25 km, about 25 minutes to drive Podgorica - 65 km, about 75 minutes to drive Dubrovnik (Croatia) -75 km, about 120 minutes to drive Beaches: The nearest urban pebble beach is only 200 m far from the hotel and 250 m further you will find „Mogren-Beach“, one of the most beautiful nature beach. Sun beds and umbrellas are chargeable. Watersport for everybody are everywhere at the beaches. Hotel description: Our Boutique Hotel Arka has 12 guest rooms. 6 double rooms (DBL) and 6 Apartments (APP), free WIFI, restaurant, garage and lift. All rooms have sea and mountains views. On the ground floor we have the reception and a little restaurant where you can get your breakfast (buffet).24 hours you have room service for coffee, tea and water. Maid service is every day. The garage is free for 5 cars directly in the hotel, more car parking places are near the hotel (please ask at the reception). We offer car rental as well. Rooms: DBL / max for 2 guests: one bedroom with double bed, bathroom ( with toilette, shower, towels, hairdryer and all toiletries ), flat-screen TV, telephone, iron, safe, free WIFI, minibar, air conditioner (warm / cold). APP / max for 4 guests: bedroom with double bed, living room with couch, which is suitable for one or two persons, (bathroom with toilette, shower, towels, hairdryer and all toiletries), flat-screen TV, telephone, iron, safe, free WIFI, minibar, little kitchen, air conditioner (warm / cold) and balcony. APP+DBL / max for 6 guests: If you need a bigger room/apartment, we can connect an APP with a DBL room, so that you have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one living room.
