After an extensive renovation, the Hotel opens its doors on April 19th, 2017 under the patronage of a group of five charismatic investors known for developing exclusive properties and estates throughout the world. The Castle of Montegufoni towers in front of the Villa while Florence is 26 km (16mi) away and Siena, the villages of San Gimignano, Greve in Chianti, Monteriggioni and Volttera are all easy accessible by car or one of the private tours organized by the Hotel.
