The Villa is an historical farmhouse, completely restored following the eco friendly philosophy, equipped with facilities for the whole family: adults, children and even your pets! The farm was established by the passion of our family that has always been linked to the Conero's land with the Farm of which you can taste the products. With these same values that we carry on every day in the realization of our products, we want to characterize the farm, and this is the reason why, while respecting the environment: we have restored a farmhouse of 1800 according to the rules of green building we installed solar panels on parking shelters for rebuilding and furnishing the house we used natural materials from the land as stone and wood we serve products of our land, giving priority to small farms all the accommodations are in energy class A
