Villa Ciardo

In the heart of Salento we can find Villa Ciardo, a charming and elegant building dating back to the end of the 19th century. Villa Ciardo is very comfortable and boasts prestigious details, 4 suites, an amazingly refined meeting hall, a wide period garden of 1,800 m², a beautiful citrus grove (800 m²) + an elegant swimming pool. The building (more than 500 m²) was internally restored in 2011 with a thorough conservation procedure. Part of the furniture has been carefully restored in order to retain the features of the 19th century. Thus, the result is a "Villa" which is able to combine the beauty of the antiques with the comfort of the modern systems and characteristics. The villa is located in the centre of Alessano, a few steps from the magnificent Chiesa Madre as well as the house of the beloved bishop Tonino Bello. In Villa Ciardo you can breathe the antiques and the modernity, in the old town centre of one of the most beautiful villages in the Capo di Leuca, from which one can easily reach the sea as well as the countryside.
