Our apartments are located in a relaxing atmosphere on the Lake Maggiore. They consist of colourful semi-detached two-floored houses, surrounded by gardens and with a fountain in the inner court. 42 apartments organized in 3 different living solutions: apartments with only one room (one room apartments), apartments with a living room and a bedroom (two rooms apartments), apartments with a living room and two bedrooms (three rooms apartments), all provided with private bathroom. The furniture is fine, in a country or a modern style, with sunny colours and fine details. The atmosphere is simple but elegant at the same time. All the apartments are provided with a fully-equipped kitchen, with a microwave oven and 4 pits cooking plate. The biggest apartments are also provided with a dish-washer. All the apartments are provided with air conditioning, satellite TV, wi-fi coverage, private car parking. The apartments situated on the ground floor have a private garden and a big patio with garden table and chairs, the apartments on the first floor have a big covered terrace with garden table and chairs.
