An extraordinary view and unique location in all of San Gimignano, just 10/15 minutes walk from the historic center (without having to take the car) in the silence and tranquility of the countryside. The Locanda Viani is not a category hotel, it is not a Relais & Châteaux, but it is a small family b & b. The ancient family palace (dated 1100 AD) has been carefully restored and furnished with sober elegance; only 4 very comfortable rooms, all with double “sommier queen size” beds (and a small bed for children), en-suite bathroom, window or terrace overlooking San Gimignano, wardrobe with a safe and a small private wine bar, mini fridge, dishes, glasses, cutlery and everything you need to dine on your private terrace, air conditioning and WiFi internet. Breakfast is prepared daily by the owner, Mrs Paola, with homemade bread and cakes and seasonal organic products. We have special prices for a direct approach.
