SERVICES: Costa Serena Village has two salt water pools (one for children) equipped with sun beds (upon availability), two tennis courts, children's play area, games room, library, bar with room service, restaurant à la carte, mini market, shops, Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel, free parking, laundry on site (surcharge), alarm clock, bike hire (fees apply), transfer service to and from the residence on request ( payment), booking excursions (for a fee), windsurfing (charges apply). Between 1/07/16 and 08/31/16 the village offers evening entertainment and animation junior club and mini club. RECEPTION: 09: 00/13: 00-16: 00/20: 00 - Languages: Italian, English, French, Spanish. DISTANCE FROM THE SEA: 300 meters from the beach. CARDS CREDIT ALLOWED: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, American Express. PETS: allowed, excluding common areas, a surcharge of € 30,00 per stay. NOTES: with arrival and departure every day throughout the season. Check-in time between 17:00 and 20:00 / Check out between 9:00 and 10:00. Minimum stay 5 nights from 08/06/2016 to 08/20/2016. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in writing to the accomodation at least one day before, otherwise the reception is guaranteed. For arrival outside office hours without notice written or that they have not been confirmed by the property, a supplement of € 50.00 will be required, which could be subtracted from the deposit. For early departures before 9:00 am please to agree on the verification of the apartment and return the keys the day before departure. DEPOSIT: € 150,00 per apartment to be paid at check-in and refunded at check-out, subject to an integrity check and its equipment. The client must leave the apartment at the check-out of the kitchenette clean and having differentiated any waste that will be thrown to the bins at the ecological area reserved for clients Costa Serena Village, otherwise we will require a supplement of € 50,00 that could be subtracted from the deposit.
