Villa Zia Febronia stands, surrounded by the Mediterranean greenery, surrounded by fruit trees and ornamental plants, on a hill about 80m s.l.m., overlooking the Gulf of Patti and about 1.5 km from the coast of Marina Patti and about 500m from the town center.
