Logothetis Organic Farm

Set on an 80-hectare hillside, you will find a quiet and private environment, with farmhouses offering a luxury well-being retreat on a family organic farm. Your house at Logothetis Farm lies on its own garden, secluded from other houses on the Estate. Your gardens are filled with a variety of outdoor lounging options and dining facilities. The houses are of traditional Ionian design, built with natural materials and styled for easy holiday living. In different sizes they can host from 2 to 7 persons. Things to do : Private dinner/lunch at the farm Using only high quality organic and seasonal ingredients from our own gardens, we aim to highlight the special features of Greek cuisine and local products. You will not find any weird extravagant recipes, but you will surely experience what it means to have excellent food resources! Cold pressed olive oil, rose, red and white wine from our local varieties, traditional tsipouro, locally made cheese from sheep and goat milk, dried spicy ‘hiromeri’ bacon, herbs, seasonal fruit and vegetables all year round, wild greens and eggs from our chickens are just a few of nature’s gifts that fill your table. Olive oil tasting/cookingOlive oil tasting/cooking A detailed presentation of the organoleptic characteristics of extra virgin olive oil, followed by an amusing tasting test and evaluation of three different samples of olive oil. Following that and using organic seasonal products from the farm we shall prepare local appetizers, salads and main dish and enjoy the meal with wine from the farm and breathtaking views of the Ionian sea.
