Set in Brufut, in the coastal region of The Gambia, West Africa, just minutes from the beach, Mango Lodge is the ideal place to mix both an authentic experience of local African life with the holiday luxuries of an oasis retreat. Relax by the pool, soak up the sun, have a picnic on the beach, swim in the sea, visit a local family for dinner, help out in the local school, or travel "up country" to visit mud huts and the country's wildlife. Your experience, with our help, can be as cultural as you wish to make it. We have comfortable, spacious rooms in our Lodge and also a luxury roundhouse room with views over the pool.
