Le Bien-Venant

Our lifelong ambition has been to live in a peaceful, authentic, friendly environment. We began this journey to open a guesthouse after stumbling onto an abandoned 19th century brick farmhouse in 2000. The renovation of the farmhouse into a guesthouse started in 2001 and is still ongoing. We first renovated the house (2001-2002), before turning the stables into rooms and a table d’hôtes (2003-2004). Finally, we converted the beautiful 1898 barn into three gîtes (2016-2017). The organic vegetable plot and surrounding garden are at the heart of our project. We like to share our homegrown produce with our guests at the table d’hôtes. A playground and picnic tables are also available for use.
