The apartments have a unique situation only a hundred meters from the beach and the promenade of Playa Albir. All the facilities that El Albir can offer, are within a short walking distance. The balconies and terraces all face southeast and offer wonderful views of the sea and coast line. Public buses stop nearby. The property consists of one building with 32 apartments, 28 of which are one bedroom and 4 apartments with two bedrooms. 7 of the apartments are deluxe with either larger terraces or roof terrace. To the rear of the apartments are gardens and terraces featuring adult and children's pools, children's play area, petanque court, big terrace with sun beds and a chill out area. The property has a reception open during the day and free Wi-Fi. The well-appointed rental apartments in El Albir, offer one or two bedrooms, bathroom with shower (two bedroom apartments have an extra bathroom with bath), kitchen, living room and terrace. Our boulevard apartamentos by mimar are well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooking facilities, coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, satellite television, air-conditioning and central heating. The bathrooms all have under floor heating. In the living room you will find a sofa bed with capacity of one adult or two kids. Maximum capacity in one bedroom is three adults or two adults and two children. The capacity in two-bedroom apartment is five adults or four adults and two children. We include in the rates towel change every 4th day and a light cleaning and change of bedlinen every 8th day. During July and August we change bedlinen and towels every 4th day.
