Adapt Apartments Berlin-Adlershof

Dear Guest, our apartment complex is arranged like a campus consisting of six buildings. The bright colors of the buildings catch the view from afar and harmonize perfectly with the park-like ground. Each building has several apartments of all available types. We offer three types of apartments. Beginning with the Junior Suite called "ADAPT1", followed by the Superior Suite called "ADAPT2" and the Penthouse in short "PH". The ADAPT1 is a 34 sq m apartment with a bedroom and an integrated living room. The ADAPT2 is a 59 sq m apartment where living and bedroom are separated from each other. All penthouses are located in the attic. Each is different in layout depending on its location. They all have in common that additionally to the balcony/terrace, which is a feature of every apartment type, there is a second balcony. One accessible from the living room and one from the bedroom. A separated bathroom with either a shower or a bathtub as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic glass cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher is part of every Apartment. Many trees and green lawn create a peaceful and calm environment in the middle of Adlershof on the WISTA-area. Adlershof is located in the South-East of Berlin, a 10-minutes drive and 3 train-stations (S-Bahn) away from BER Berlin-Brandenburg (Airport Schönefeld). With around 1000 companies and 16 research facilities the WISTA-area is among the 15 largest science-parks worldwide. Many businesses chose the WISTA-grounds for their base in Germany. No matter if you want to drive by car or want to take the train into the inner city. The S-Bahn station Berlin-Adlershof from where trains leave to the center every 3 minutes is approximately 500 meters away. In 1kilometer distance there is the city-Autobahn also. Right next to us is the "Adlershofer Tor", a little mall with a pharmacy, a hairdresser and a supermarket where you can buy most things you will need during your stay.
