Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure when booking the Three-Bedroom House, including vacuuming the entire house and mopping only the ground floor. In addition, the kitchen, bathrooms, and toilets must be cleaned. Blankets in the bedrooms must be folded. Alternatively, a cleaning service is available for an additional charge of EUR 80. Please note that a EUR 80 security deposit is required upon arrival when booking the Three-Bedroom House, which will be fully refunded upon your departure if the house is left clean. Please be advised that a security deposit of EUR 200 may be required for larger groups, subject to the accommodation's discretion. Please note that for rental, the private room, bathroom, and toilet in the shared house, it is required that upon departure, the bed linens and blankets be removed and folded. Please do not bring food or drinks into the room.
