This student residence is located in Avenida Parallel at the corner with Blasco de Garay in the Poble Sec district. It is just a 10-minute walk to Las Ramblas and Barcelona's old town of Ciutat Vella. The Ciutat Vella takes in the Barri Gòtic area and the world-famous promenade of Las Ramblas. The former is the city's medieval core, a maze of atmospheric alleyways clustered around the splendid Gothic cathedral. Quirky specialist shops and atmospheric bars and eateries abound. The Museu Picasso and the Museu d'Història de la Ciutat are particularly worth visiting.
